Formerly a pair of late eighteenth-early nineteenth century, two storey, houses or cottages. These were stone-walled and slate-roofed. Having been subsumed into Christ's College (NPRN 25091) these buildings were entirely rebuilt in the late twentieth century. At the same time the cottages to the east (NPRN 25967) were reconfigured.
