Description
One of a pair of commodious two storey estate cottages built in about 1850-60. These comprise two parallel slate gabled ranges and present a shared three bay facade in which the advanced centre bay rises to a pediment above a recessed porch. There is a prominent central skewed, Tudor style, chimney stack.
At the rear were parallel single storey service ranges. No. 1 has a single bay extension of about 1900. This is recessed from the main facade and features and iron porch-veranda.
The interior is said to feature marble mantles.
