Description
A late 19th century lodge, possibly by T M Lockwood. It is a two storey, gabled, structure constructed of stone and timber-framing with plain tile roofs and stone stacks.

The gabled front elevation has a ground floor of stone with an upper floor of timbered construction. There are three-light windows on the first floor with small panes and wooden mullions, and two two-light windows with ashlar architraves on ground floor.

The southern pitch of the roof descends lower over a lean-to porch, with a doorway in the side wall and a window in front wall. The north-west elevation has a half-timbered upper floor with a hipped dormer. Against the southern elevation is a single storey polygonal cross-wing, lit by four windows with small panes.

A two-storey cross-wing at the north-east end of the rear elevation has walls mainly faced with stone, while th north-west gable end has bargeboards and timber framework.
