Description
One of a row of seventeen mid to later nineteenth century houses in Craig-y-Don Parade, on the Llandudno seafront. Built as a boarding house it is a three storey building with a basement. It has a two bay stuccoed facade with a two storey bay window rising from the basement area. The basement housed the proprietor and kitchen; the reception rooms, including dining room, were on the ground floor; the upper storeys were bedrooms.
The house has been greatly extended to the rear.
