A two storey, west facing house with rubble stone walls, now rendered, but formerly colourwashed, and slate gabled roofs. The southern part of the main north-south range has a symmetrical facade with two widely spaced windows on each floor and a central doorway, now replaced by a window. Within are two back-to-back chimney breasts beneath a central stack. On the north is a single staircase bay, now with a modern doorway and porch. The roof catslides over a single storey rear range. The north cross wing has a massive chimney breast in its west gable end, now lacking a chimney.
