1. This is the second Stradmore. The first (NPRN 301592) lay to the south and was ruined by flooding early in the 19th century. Kitchen Garden (Stradmore Fach) separate from main house.

2. This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Cardiganshire XXXVIII, sheet 16 (1906). Its main elements on that map include greenhouse, pond, rockery, terrace, kitchen garden and parterres.
