A row of three properties, shops with houses above, built in the 1860s. No. 1, on the corner of Gloddaeth and Mostyn Street, is divided between two properties, one facing either street.
These are three storey buildings with attics. Facing Gloddaeth Street they all present two bay stuccoed facades. No. 5 has quoins to the side. The ground floor shop fronts are sheltered by wide pavement verandas. The first floors each have a pair of bay windows. The attics are lit by gabled dormers in a slate mansard roof.
