1. According to an article in the Western Mail (28 March 1981), the place dates to around 1770. At present is reputed to have outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a pen for rearing pheasants.
2. This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Pembrokeshire XXII, sheet 9 (1907). Its main elements on that map include woodland, walled garden, well, sundial, parterres, pond, lodge, greenhouse, conservatory, carriage drive, bridge and parkland.
