1. This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Anglesey XIII, sheet 11 (1900). Its main elements on that map include terrace, woodland with vista paths, water tower, pump house, kitchen garden, walled garden, lodge, covert, carriage drive and woodland. C.H. 2. Within the grounds is a small, 3.2m x 1m, tunnel vaulted icehouse. Its axis is west to east entered by a passage at right angles to the south, 2.7m long, and built into the stone wall revetments of the ha-ha. The passage was once roofed.
