Now within army range. House demolished but very interesting site which GH suggested to Cadw be included in Register. Extensive gardens and model farm developed (when he was estate agent for the Earl of Cawdor of Stackpole) by John Allen-Mirehouse who later acquired the Angle Estate.(GH WHGT 14 xi 97)

This garden is depicted on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25-inch map of Pembrokeshire XLII, sheet 2 (1908). Its main elements on that map include terrace, conservatory, carriage drive, parterres, walled garden and woodland.
