A 2-unit cottage, with timber-framing to the rear wall and one gable, and rubble to the south lateral wall and chimney. The timber framing is infilled with whitewashed panels. The collar and queen strut roof is exposed to the east gable end. There is evidence that the house was originally a hall, with the inner rooms always being storeyed. There is an open 20th-century timber gabled porch to the south front, with a small gabled dormer above.
