Description
Probably C18 with older origins and later additions. A 2-storey farmhouse of limewashed rubble construction, slate roof, and brick chimneys. Four sash windows, with glazing bars and lintels, and a later brick porch with pitched slate roof. Gable end doorway with collapsed outside stairs, and a lower, 2-storey stable to the left. Internally, the house retains its stone flagged floors.

Additional:
House and cowhouse have been modernised in the late C20th. The house has been delisted (2018) but the adjacent cowhouse dated 1793 remains listed as a good example of a late C18th cowhouse. RFS/RCAHMW/July 2018
