1. Italian villa style. 1870 complete remodelling of a Georgian house.

2. A 2-storey house with scribed stucco elevations, hipped slate roof, and tall stacks. The house underwent major alterations c1950. 4-window main front to the SW with 2-light windows and louvered shutters to the first floor. Similar fenestration to 3-bay SE side elevation, with central cross gable over a round arched headed sash window.
