Ty'n-y -Llyn house name shown on current OS mapping as the site of a sheepfold. The only extant remains are a single drystone wall up to 12m long and standing to 1.8m high. There is a return that can be observed in the current boundary wall to the south. To the north of this wall there are rectangular low earth banks about 15m long. These banks run north to a return to the field boundary wall. To the south is an earthwork enclosure surviving as low earthen walls, the area is approximately 10m square, is very level and has an area where the old field boundary only exists as a low foundation. 2002.05.22/OAN/NW
