Description
7 Castle Street is an early 19th century house of two storeys plus attics; it is roughcast with a slate roof and large, tall brick chimneys. Viewed from the street, the left side is a gable fronted timber framed projecting wing, with quatrefoils and diagonal bracing; the right section of two bays has a pedimented doorway with sash windows. There is a probably c.1600 timber framed two storey porch wing to left.
