Cefn Garlleg, Glan Conwy, is a late 16th century, two storey house, built of rendered rubble with a modern slate roof and tall end chimneys. It has a three-bay asymmetrical front and a central entrance with an out-of-character mid 20th century brick porch. There are 19th century, slightly-recessed 12-pane sash windows to the right of the entrance on both floors. There is a low 19th century wash house extension to left.
