Description1. Early 19th century two storey painted-brick remodelled building under a slate roof; earlier stonework exposed below and at rear.

2. Projecting gable to right; to the left is a single storey lean-to filling the angle with the rear range. Building currently roughcast and painted.

3. Nos. 20 (nprn 27015) and 22 (nprn 27016) Clwyd Street, Ruthin: Hall and crossing plan with additional rear wing. Front of main block in brick, perhaps replacing timber framing. Stone rear wing; rear elevation brick. Projecting front wing of rubble masonry; heavy stone chimney stack to gable end of main block, possibly 17th century.
