1. Modern built on site (on ordinance map) dated 1467.

2. A brick-built, 2-storey house plus attic, with slate roof and brick stacks. The entrance elevation has a 3-gable, four-window front. Doorway to centre gable with two small flanking lights and date panel with Arms above. The remaining windows are of two or three lights, with mullions and transoms.
