Event and Historical Information:
The SCOUT was a wooden sailing vessel registered in Dumbarton. At the time of loss, 6 September 1807, the vessel was sailing from Glasgow to an unknown destination under the command of Captain Blair. The SCOUT was wrecked at Holyhead with no reported lives lost.
