Event and Historical Information:
The FOX was a wooden schooner built in 1873 and belonging to the port of Runcorn. At time of loss on 12 January 1911, the vessel was on passage from Runcorn to Pentewan carrying a cargo of coal. It was driven ashore on Saddle Point.
