Description
A T-shaped house of one-and-a-half storeys, of rubble stone with tile hanging to upper storey, under slate roofs. There is a short cross-wing with a large double stone stack to L end, with the front entrance facing W, and the main range at right angles to the R. There are 2-light replacement wooden casements throughout in original openings. The main range at right angles has a window to the N side, replacing a timber-mullioned window. The gable end to the road has a window to each storey. The gable end to the rear (E) is not tile-hung and has French doors replacing a former window, and a window to the gable. To the left of the front entrance is a small unit with a lower roof line: a former wash-room with a window and a rendered front.

The farm range adjoins the wash-room and is weather-boarded on a stone plinth under a corrugated iron roof, with some sections missing. It has two doorways with split doors, that to the R with a segmental head and leading to a feeding passage. An adjoining stone bay to L with split doors links with a probably earlier stone range to the far L. This has higher gables but the roof is now missing. Rear of weather-boarded section has loft hatch to L, and planked door leading to passage. Consisits of cowhouse, with attcahed stable and cart shed.
