2. A house of mostly two storeys, plus basement and attic, constructed of snecked Ruabon ashlar with slate roof and stone stacks. The main section of the entrance front is of five bays with gables to the advanced end bays and to the centre. 3-light windows to all but the centre bay which are 2-light. Central porch with high openwork parapet and semicircular arched entrance. Set back and stepped down to the right are a further three bays with 2-light windows. Complete interior with good detail.
