Description
Two white cups marked GUIR and believed to come from the RINGWALL have been recovered and reported to the Receiver of Wreck from 5 miles west of the Isle of Man (54 07N 4 54W). This record has been assigned to the maritime named location IRISH SEA pending more information which may allow a more precise location for the loss to be assigned.

Event and Historical Information:
The RINGWALL was a 407nt steel-hulled steamship built in 1921. At time of loss sometime after 26 January 1941, the vessel was on passge from Dublin to Silloth under the command of master Hunt. The vessel was posted missing at Lloyds on 19 March 1941.
