1. The Grammar School (Memorial Building, listed grade II*) was founded in 1574 or 1598; it is a single storey and attic limestone rubble building. The Headmaster's House and dormitory (Memorial House, listed grade II) was added to the south in 1742; it is a three-storey brick building on a stone plinth. The complex is now known as the Church House.
