A possible incised stone, which lies near the boundary of an improved field to the north-west. The stone has been recovered from the field and lies flat and loose on the surface. It measures 0.7m sq. by 0.2m deep and has at least 30 incisions, the majority of which, run diagonally across the stone. In addition, there are up to 10 incisions, which run perpendicular to the rest. These incisions are not deep, nor would they appear to be plough scarring or natural erosion. 2004.01.10/OAN/PJS
