Description
Waterworn boulder with Latin inscription of late fifth-century character. The stone was moved to Cefn Amlwch in the late nineteenth-century and subsequently moved to St Hywyn's Church Aberdaron c.1990.

The inscription reads SENACVS/PRSB/HICIACIT/CVMMVLTITV/DINEM/FRATRVM below is added PRESBITER lightly cut in imitation of the other letters. CV in the first line, CVM and MVL in the fourth line, SI and NE in the fifth, and VM in the sixth line are conjoined or in ligature.
