Site Record

A disused, though well-preserved, limekiln located in Parc Cwm, opposite the Neolithic chambered tomb. The kiln is of the single draw-hole type and is built against limestone cliffs which provided material for it. The charging hole, which is now covered over with a grill, is approached by a well-defined ramp on the north-west side of the kiln.
