An oval/subcircular enclosure, c.60m across, ditched & banked, an outer ditch being visible except on the SW; without the well-defined SW-facing entrance are features suggesting an approachway running to the SW, these may, however be associated with a possible field system, of uncertain relation to the enclosure, represented by a possible lane running NW from 'The Knapps' & a linear feature running NE from the same spot (SO31849278), apparently defining a roughly rectilinear area at least 100m across.
