An early 19th-century two-storey house with hipped, slate roof and plastered walls. Inscribed EWS 1843. Some wood mullions and round head to lights. Three-bay frontage and a central porch with two pairs of Tuscan columns.
Associated with Pentre-mawr outbuildings (Nprn 37205) and dairy (Nprn 37203).
