In 1989-1990 this was a derelict farmhouse. It consisted of a gabled north-west to south-east rubble stone walled range, single storey with attics. A timber was dated 1743(?). The original building had two rooms divided by a fireplace and chimney. The north-western room, presumably a parlour, had an added bay with a gable end chimney. A range was added at the southern end, producing an L plan.
