Site Record

A lobby-entry farmhouse of the mid-17th century, with a rear wing to the right and a later wing to the left. The fireplace lintel in the N room has a date inscription of 1631, and 1693 is shown on a first floor door lintel. The house is two storeys, with 2 bays either side of an axial stack. The walls are of whitewashed stone rubble, formerly rendered. Slate roof and a tall central stack with weather courses. The earlier rear wing has a gable stack and side entrance to the kitchen.
