Description
Peulwyn was originally built in the mid 17th century, and despite 19th century external remodelling, internally, the structure and layout remains substantially 17th century. It is a 2-storey house of stone construction with roughcast render and slate roofs. The plan comprises two staggered parallel ranges linked by a short wing. There is a central entrance, dated 1892 on the lintel, with a studded plank door, dated in nails 1659, with initials E over T.V. There are flanking 19th century 3-light stone mullioned windows, and 2-light mullioned windows above. The ranges have similar fenestration.
