Description
12, St Peters Square, Ruthin, is a modern imitation timber-framing and plaster to an earlier timber frame; parts of the building are probably circa 1800. The sides are painted brick. The building is two storeys, the upper gabled over jetty with plain bressumer on brackets and inscribed "Restored A.D. 1883".
