Built c.1850 as part of a development including 33-37 West Bute Street and 126-132 Bute Street. A three storey building with stucco front, two window bays, and slate roof. The windows to the second floor are hornless small pane sashes those to the first floor horned large pane sashes. On the groud floor there is a deeply set entrance doorway to the left.
