Description
White Lodge was built c.1910 in Arts and Crafts style. Tall 2-storey longitudinal range with main entrance to centre and a single storey plus attic structure to the left end, both with steeply hipped tiled roofs. The South front is of five bays, with a tall 2-storey cross wing incorporating the garden entrance and loggia. The interior retains its original plan and many original features, including finely detailed woodwork, an Arts and crafts openwell staircase, and arched screens and a plaster ceiling in the dining room.
