A section of Taylor's Leat, part of an extensive leat network built by John Taylor and Sons during the 1850s. This section ran southwards from Nant Rhyddlan to the Eaglebrook Mine, where it is disrupted by a later 19th century spoil tip. Shown on the 1891 Ordnance Survey map. It leaves the Nant Rhyddlan at SN73818979 and can be followed to the spoil tip which appears to block its course at SN73698919. J. J. Hall, Trysor, 3 January 2006
