Description
A longhouse, 12m northwest-southeast by 4.5m, with two compartments. The walls are composed of large stones, some of these edge set. The north northwest corner has been eroded by the Afon Llechwedd Mawr to reveal smaller stones and earth in the core of the wall. The smaller compartment to the south is lower internally then the one to the north. There is a possible entrance into the larger northern compartment on the northeast side and an entrance into the southern compartment on the southwest side. The site stands in an area now used as a large enclosure for sheep adjacent to the modern sheep pens. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 23 December 2005
