A spoil tip to the south of wheel pit, NPRN 285753, at the Hyddgen lead mine, NPRN 303628. The 1st edition Ordnance Survey map of 1891 appears to show a shaft, NPRN 285840, the centre of this tip, but no such feature is visible in the field. R.P. Sambrook, Trysor, 5 January 2006
