A disused mine level cut into the hillslope, 20m east-west by 5m wide and up to 2m deep. It is separated from its spoil tip, NPRN 285800, to the west by a modern track. When the site was visited during fieldwork during 2005, the vegetation cover was grass. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 6 January 2006
