Description
A linear north-east/south-west orientated trial level measures 2m deep by 2m wide and 12m long. There is a waterlogged adit that extends to the south-west. The sub-circular spoil heap to north of the pit is 17m in diameter and 5m high. A miners' shelter has been incorporated into the heap (NPRN 287072). It is shown on the current OS mapping.
