Three quarry tips alongside stream, the largest of which is a horseshoe shape and measures 20m east/west and 10m high. The smallest is also the most circular, measuring 3m east/west and with a peak of 1.5m. The remaining tip is approx. 6m to 7m east/west but sloping east towards the stream - at its peak it reaches 3m in height. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
