A two-building site, including a south building which measures approx. 10m north-south by 6m east-west showing extensive signs of damage. Appearing to have had three rooms, whilst the smallest and most northern room has been virtually destroyed, the largest two still have the remains of their roofs including their beams and slate. The north and south walls are approx. 1.2m thick, the east and west approx. 0.4m. The eastern side has almost entirely collapsed. The northern building measures 6m east-west and 4m north-south, the walls measuring 1.2m in thickness. The roof has 3 beams that are orientated east-west with several slabs still in place. The door is on the north side and is 2m wide by 1m high. The walls are not tied together apart from in the north east corner. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
