Part of the main copper mine complex, this small square building is built onto the southern side of a large, sheltered rock pile and measures 3m by 3.5m. The walls and gables remain to their original height, and the fireplace and chimney are still present in the north-east corner. In the south-west facing gable wall has a window and the door is in the south wall. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
