A very deep drainage adit, measuring 1.2m wide and 1.5m high, that has been intentionally blocked but has also suffered some collapse. A river runs through the associated tip, to which a barrow-way runs NPRN 287876. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
