Description
A sheepfold marked on the 1891 Ordnance Survey map was evidently used for sheep washing. It comprises two irregular cells end-to-end, measuring approximately 18m long east by west by 7m wide. It has drystone walls standing to 1.4m high and an entrance on the east side. There is an opening to the adjacent stream on the north side but here the walls are much reduced.
