Cottage pair, northern row 5th from the west. Each measures 5m-6m by 4m, a fireplace is still visible in the centre of the building. The eastern house has only one window surviving facing north and there are no other doors or windows visible due to wall collapse. The outside plateau can be seen, as can a hole in the ground on the far side of the track to the north. Forms part of Treforys Village NPRN306319.
