Cottage pair, northern row 4th from the west. Each measures 5m-6m by 4m, each house has a fireplace (still visible) in the centre of the building and the room-dividing walls are visible but collapsed, partly overgrown in places. The western house has a window facing south which remains intact, the eastern having a northern facing window. Both a plateau and a levelled garden can be seen in front of the building, and a track running upland seperates the 3rd and 4th buildings. Forms part of Treforys Village NPRN306319.
