Cottage pair, northern row 2nd from the west. Each measures 5m-6m by 4m, each house has a fireplace (still visible) in the centre of the building, whilst the western gable wall has a void where a small fireplace would have been. Each house has two windows iwhich face north and south over the track and garden respectively, and a door to the south that leads to the levelled garden (to the south-east) with a plateau and path. The room-dividing drystone walls are visible but in various states of collapse, remaining up to 1.5m in height. Forms part of Treforys Village NPRN306319.
