Cottage pair, northern row 1st from the west. Each measures 5m-6m by 4m, the western house has its gable missing - later re-used as a sheepfold a few metres west - and parts of the western/southern walls are missing. Each house has a fireplace (still visible) in the centre of the building and the room-dividing walls, particularly in the eastern house, are barely visible due to collapse. There are no windows or doors visible with the building in its the current condition. There is a track running east-west north of the building. Forms part of Treforys Village NPRN306319.
