Description
Cottage pair, southern row 3rd from the west. Each measures 6.5m wide (north-west to south-east) by 5m front to back (north-east to south-west), the remaining walls stand to a height of 1.3m. The platform in front of the north-eastern cottage extends 2.5m to the south-east and is constructed from revetted drystone masonry, identifiable only for 1.5m. Both front doorways are visible but the only clear fireplace is in the north-eastern cottage. The wall of the track located behind the cottages is missing due to a large bog or landslide. Forms part of Treforys Village NPRN306319. Noted during an upland survey conducted by Archaeophysica during 2005-6
